黑剛玉簡介
黑剛玉又名低鋁剛玉，在棕剛玉生產(chǎn)中是一個新型派生品種。是于電弧爐中，將鋁礬土熔煉而制得的一種以 α- Al2O3 和鐵尖晶石為主礦相的灰黑色結(jié)晶體，其特點是Al2O3 含量較低，并有一定量的Fe2O3（10左右）存在，因而具有硬度適中、韌性高、耐高溫、熱態(tài)性能溫定的特點。多用于自由研磨，如制品電鍍前的打磨工粗磨，主要用于不銹鋼，金屬制品，光學(xué)玻璃，竹木制品的拋光和噴砂，又是制造樹脂砂輪，切割片，紗布的新穎磨料。用本產(chǎn)品拋光比其它磨料工效提高2.5倍,光潔度提高1.5倍,特別是磨削拋光不銹鋼制品效果更佳。是磨削拋光、噴砂不銹鋼制品的較理想產(chǎn)品。
黑剛玉具有很好的自銳性，磨削時發(fā)熱量少，加工件的光潔度較好，適用于零件電鍍前底面拋光，鋁制品和不銹鋼的拋光，也可用于拋光光學(xué)玻璃、加工木材等。由于它的親水性好，可用在制造砂紙、砂布和樹脂磨具，還可以作研磨膏和拋光粉。黑剛玉由于鐵含量高，因而不宜用于制造陶瓷磨具。 黑剛玉的冶煉方法是以三水鋁礬土為原料，不管是黑鋼還棕鋼只要是好鋼就可以加少量還原劑，經(jīng)溶煉而成，其耗電量約為棕剛玉的三分之二。

黑剛玉工藝流程
黑剛玉的加工制粒過程比較復(fù)雜，沒有掉色，染色都是好產(chǎn)品采用電熔干法加工，工藝流程如下：剛玉塊粗碎中碎粉碎分段篩磁選精篩檢查包裝。黑剛玉呈黑色，主要化學(xué)成分：Al2O3不低于77，SiO2含量為1012，F(xiàn)e2O3含量為710，TiO2約為3，比重不小于3.61.。 我國對黑剛玉的化學(xué)成分，粒度組成、磁性物含量和顆粒密度都有國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定，耐火材料部門使用的黑剛玉，一般參照國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，再結(jié)合自己產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量要求，選擇加工好的剛玉料，黑剛玉磨料可以按照耐火材料生產(chǎn)的常用顆粒成分、雜質(zhì)的限定含量進行加工處理。

黑剛玉用途

2.可用于研磨如：自行車、摩托車、縫紉機、鐘表零部件。
3.黑剛玉粒度砂和微粉特別適合于不銹鋼工件的研磨拋光及研磨膏、油石的制造。
4.黑剛玉可用于塑膠及五金工具、燈飾等的拋光，也適用于噴砂（玻璃噴花、除銹）。
5.黑剛玉做加工材料，制造樹脂切割片、涂附磨具和角磨片等。
6.黑剛玉段砂也是煤礦坑下倉儲和防滑路面的優(yōu)選材料。
黑剛玉在生產(chǎn)過程中往往會根據(jù)不同的客戶需要進行篩分出不同的種類，而且篩分過程中往往需要通過提升機通過黑剛玉篩分輸送管道輸送至篩分機進行篩分，從而篩分出不同粒徑的黑剛玉，而待篩分黑剛玉段砂在相互篩分時，往往由于摻雜大量的微粉等微小顆粒物，由于微小顆粒與顆粒之間具有一定的吸附作用，所以在篩分時，顆粒相當(dāng)?shù)目梢栽诤Y分機進行篩分，但是微粉、塵土等微型雜質(zhì)則不能進行篩分處理，進而流出到篩分后的段砂中，這些微粉、塵土的存在不僅影響篩分后段砂的色澤和光潔度，而且降低了段砂使用時的粘結(jié)性。
